Compression, Pultrusion, Low Pressure Resin Transfer (RTM) & Cold Press Molding (CPM), Vacuum Infusion and Contact (Open) Moulding are the key manufacturing processes utilized at Protectolite™ Inc. The Composite materials we use in our 5 plant processes are:
- SMC – Sheet Moulding Compound
- BMC – Bulk Moulding Compound
- Wet Mat/Perform: thermoset resin matrix & continuous glass fibres
- Prepregs: thermoset/thermoplastic glass/carbon/aramid fibre material.
