We
created some of the earliest snow mobile bodies in Canada for the
Snow Bee. Looking to increase speed, the Canadian bobsledding team
for the 1988 Calgary Olympics came to Protectolite™. We solved their
problem in two ways: we created a composite bobsled shell that cut
down on wind resistance by eliminating seams using a one piece
construction, plus, using only light weight construction materials
we reduced the weight of the sled considerably.
