Protectolite’s™ fiberglass composite panels enclose both the CN Tower's Observation Deck and the antennas attached to the tower. As the panels are electrically transparent they protect against electrical strikes, but do not hinder the signals from going through, allowing both broadcasting and receiving of signals.
Electrical insulation, corrosion resistance, thermal stability and product integrity are all combined in a tough, weather resistant skin. Reinforced to keep looking great year round, we even provided the Top Cap Cover, the final seal for the tower at the Top of the City!
